Our programs are centered around sustainability and are designed to create long-term success. We strive for our clients to fall in love with training and be excited for sessions, which means we’ll constantly tweak things to ensure you’re enjoying every workout.

We will create a personalized program that suits your current abilities and progress toward your goals.

NH Sports specializes in training people looking to build muscle, lose fat, look better, and most importantly, feel better. Specifically for our athletes, we focus on improving muscle strength, muscular endurance, and speed/power to enhance sports performance. Our trainers are also certified to provide nutrition guidance.

This is the perfect solution to getting or staying active from home! Our trainers can come to you, or you can come to one of our trainers’ home gyms!

Our custom personal training services are centered around:

Pricing

*Packages must be purchased and booked upfront.
**Silver and Gold packages may be shared between a maximum of two and three people, respectively.
***Reschedules must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting the session. The rescheduled session must occur prior to the package expiration date. Once you’ve rescheduled to your package’s maximum, any further sessions requiring rescheduling will be forfeited.

Get Started

To book with us, please head over to our online booking page to request a start date/time and a team member will get back to you within one business day. At that point, we can discuss and answer any questions you may have, select the best package for you, match you with a coach, and get you scheduled! Unsure of how to proceed? What to Expect

For private sessions at our private gym in Chatsworth, CA, the address will be provided upon securing your session. It’s a home gym and you will be the sole occupant(s) of the gym! For mobile training, you let us know where to send your trainer. It could be your home, or your favorite park, or anywhere else you might want to workout! If you’d like to do a group session, you are responsible for assembling the group.

Our coach will arrive to the specified location at the specified time. It is your responsibility to be ready to begin promptly at the start of the session. The session duration includes any notes, discussion, or questions following the session.

You will also have direct access to your trainer outside of your training sessions for any questions/concerns that may arise. Our trainers program a full workout for you, including days you might want to train on your own. Trainers can also provide nutritional insight along with other relevant support to help you achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle!

We encourage you to do and eat the things you enjoy while balancing your fitness and health goals!

  • We specialize in training people looking to build muscle, lose fat, look better, and most importantly, feel better. Specifically for our athletes, we focus on improving muscle strength, muscular endurance, and speed/power to enhance sports performance.

  • Our trainers have nutrition certifications and nutrition coaching is included in your custom plan at no additional charge.

  • Your trainer will share a program with you via Google Sheets where your numbers will be recorded each session. This is also where your trainer will program for your independent workouts!

  • Our trainers have experience with young teenagers, athletes, and everyday people just looking to get healthy. Whatever your experience is, we want to help you reach your goals! Your trainer will have a phone consultation with you where you can discuss your current abilities, goals, healthy history, and anything else you think may be relevant in creating your custom plan.

  • Most clients train twice a week, but we have clients who train just once a week and we have clients who train five times a week! Your trainer can also program workouts for you to do on days you aren't with your trainer, subject to an additional fee depending on your package. Whatever your schedule and budget allows, we will customize a plan for you.

  • Yes. Please email us to discuss a custom virtual training plan and pricing.

  • The price for each session includes unlimited texts and video exchanges directly with your trainer. You can reach out to your trainer with any questions that arise during your independent workouts, questions about recovery days, or anything else related to your fitness journey! Your trainer is also available for any nutritional questions you may have throughout the week.

Personal Training FAQs

  • For personal training, our services are best suited for those ages 12+.

  • Both! We offer 1:1 instruction as well as group instruction. For groups, you are responsible for assembling your group.

  • The cost of each session depends on the package you select. All sessions are 60 minutes in duration which includes any notes, discussion, or questions following the session. Given the nature of a mobile business, it is crucial that we begin promptly at the scheduled start time to maximize your time. Under no circumstances can your trainer stay beyond the scheduled end time.

  • Yes! Our multi-session packages have savings built in. For group sessions of 3-4 participants, all clients receive 10% off their package price. Our Bronze and Gold packages may be shared between a maximum of two and three people, respectively.

  • We are completely mobile! Our services take place at the location of your choosing. This can be a nearby park, your own yard, or a family/friend's home or yard. Clients also have the option for sessions to take place at our private gym in Chatsworth, CA.

  • Many of our clients begin with little to no equipment. Because our programs are completely custom, they are built around what you already have! Our trainers are able to bring equipment to your sessions as well, such as resistance bands and dumbbells. Our private gym is equipped with a full squat rack, free weights, resistance bands, a Peloton, and a treadmill.

  • We teach in a gentle, sustainable way. Our trainers go at the client’s pace, pushing just enough for progress but never creating an unpleasant or traumatic experience. We encourage and celebrate progress, improvement, and effort.

  • Our trainers are experienced and trained to look for key indicators from clients to guide the path and pace of the session. We take into account age, current abilities, future goals, and the style in which clients respond best to. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please reach out to us and we'll be sure to let your trainer know ahead of your session!

  • YES! Part of what we value at NH Sports is building relationships. Our trainers so often become a part of our clients’ families. You’ll have the same trainer every time, with the exception of vacations or personal days in which case a fully briefed substitute trainer will cover your session.

  • Our team is reputably certified by The American Red Cross and the International Sports Science Association. Our trainer's certifications include CPR/First Aid, Lifeguard, Youth Fitness, Personal Training, Nutrition, and more! In addition, all trainers undergo numerous weeks of training with NH Sports in order to ensure our services are always high quality and consistent amongst trainers.

  • Absolutely. Our trainers have experience and expertise in working with a variety of disabilities and special needs. It is best for you to email us ahead of your session so we can discuss and your trainer can have a custom game plan for you from day one!

  • We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service. If after your first session, you’re not completely satisfied and decide not to move forward with us, we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked. If you experience anything less than extraordinary with us at any time, please reach out at info@nhsports.co and we will make it right.

  • Due to the nature of being a mobile business, we have a strict rescheduling/cancellation policy out of respect for our trainers and our clients. Depending on the package you purchase, you have a limited number of rescheduling opportunities. Reschedules must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice and be rescheduled for a date prior to the package expiration date. After the package reschedule limit has been met, further sessions requiring rescheduling will be forfeited. Reschedules or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. There are no exceptions, including for illness or unfavorable weather.
